- Awareness – Becoming aware of the blind spots and traps we fall into that unintentionally cause us to take on bad boss traits.
- Acceptance – Looking in the mirror and accepting our own individual bad boss traits so that we can take ownership of them.
- Action – Taking the right actions and leveraging the right knowledge, skills, and tools to become great and overcome our bad boss traits.
