Why I Do What I Do
I envision a world in which all leaders and workplace cultures consistently make a positive impact on the growth and wellbeing of team members.
I believe that this would create the conditions for a permanent end to poverty, violence, and other unnecessary suffering.
How I Do It
I help leaders to achieve better business outcomes while simultaneously becoming happier, more kind, more generous, and more compassionate.
Through books, keynote speeches, and training, I work to develop leaders who serve and inspire greatness in others.
